Give directly. Can be used any time, day or night.

Shake well before use.
Infants 0 -12 mos: 0.25 ml daily
Children 1 -3 yrs: 0.50 ml daily
Children 4+ yrs: 0.75 ml daily
Use as stated above or as directed by a medical professional.
